Triangular granite milestone, 1833 Helston Turnpike Trust. In front of dry stone wall on south side of road at road edge 200m east of entrance to Tremough Campus. The inscription is erased (during WW2?) but by reference to other milestones in the series should read: HELSTON / 9 / PENZANCE / 22 and FALMOUTH / 3 / TRURO 7 3/4 Milestone Society National ID: CW_HLFA09.
