Carved stone post by Middleton Road, in parish of PICKERING (RYEDALE District), on the side of the road, erected by the District Council in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- KIRBYMOORSIDE / 7 :: PICK / RING / ½ Milestone Society National ID: YN_HMPI13
