Originally built as two houses around 1740, but later altered to become a single office. The original staircases survive internally, and the whole structure was Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1254859 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101254859-9-and-10-swan-hill-shrewsbury in 1953.
