Like most Cambridgeshire villages, Great Abington has a good number of historic houses. This one dates from the 15th and 16th centuries. The Grade II listing draws attention to the small section of frontage next to the exposed timber framing: "Red brick ridge stack and exposed side walls of chimney with reused late C14 clunch carved with mollets of the De Veres and a frieze with cusped tracery."
