Swaffham Prior is unique in the United Kingdom as having two working windmill. This one is Foster's Mill which is off Mill Hill. Fosters Mill is an artisan stoneground organic flour mill powered by wind. It prides itself on sourcing locally grown grains and produces high-quality flour. Their stoneground organic flour can be purchased at the mill itself, through mail order, and at local outlets.
