Metal plate attached to stone post by the B4211, in parish of LONGDON (MALVERN HILLS District), West of Piper's End, just South of M50 road bridge, East side of road, by road junction sign. Erected by a private company in the 21st century. Inscription reads:- LONGDON UPTON 4 GLOSTER 12 MILES Milestone Society National ID: WO_USGL04R.
