Sow & Pigs, Pub Sign

Image: © David Lally Taken: 23 Apr 2008

Around 25 years ago this pub had the best pub sign ever. It was similar to this but with the sow lying on her side, a row of piglets suckling. However the pig at the end of the row, was stood on his hind legs, leaning against the rump of its mother supping from a pint glass of beer. I took a short detour off the M1 to get a picture, but alas it has been replaced.
