The milestone is located by the bus stop opposite Yeoman's Garage, on the verge on the east side of road. Parish of Clifton Upon Teme (Malvern Hills District). Replacement metal plate attached to stone post, erected by the Worcester turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : WORCESTER / 11 / TENBURY / 9½ : Milestone Society National ID: WO_TBWO09R
