The photo shows Pinnacle Point viewed from the nearby steps, which lead from the clifftop to the beach below. While Pinnacle Point stands above a thickly vegetated area, its steep slopes are devoid of vegetation, apart from some sheltered cracks and crevices where plants can gain a foothold. Although the top of Pinnacle Point looks somewhat unassailable for most people, from the angle shown in the photo, it is easily accessible from the clifftop path, and from there, it is an easy climb to the top. Birds sometimes perch at the summit, and by making a visit, it is possible to have a bird's-eye view of the coast for oneself.
