This tractor has not moved for a very long time. It may have broken down in this spot and the necessary repairs proved too costly to make them worthwhile. Alternatively, it may have broken down elsewhere and been towed to this spot to keep it out of the way. The sheep don't seem to care! It makes a convenient rubbing post for them. The village of Pencader can be seen beyond, with a hanging wood on the steep slope to the west.
