Despite appearances, the building dates from around 1900, having been built in the then-popular 'Shrewsbury Style' of mock Tudor - rather like the nearby Image, Image and Image which is a bit nearer to the town centre. It was Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1271287 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101271287-number-18-lucroft-hotel-and-number-19-shrewsbury in 1995, the listing includes the hotel/guesthouse accommodation which is accessed via the doorway nearest to the camera.
