An old country lane that has been swallowed up by development. It is marked on Broadwater's 1847 tithe map and originally followed the northern side of Teville Stream. As Worthing developed it provided access to the burdgeoning glasshouse industry then when that waned housing was added, those in view on the right actually stand above the now cilverted Teville Stream. The road currently links Pages Corner on the B2223 with Chesswood Allotments
