This is the Cider press of the Image Cider Company. You can see the Image and Image and read all about the place at http://www.gwyntcidershop.com/ . Behind the press you can see a fermenting tank and old casks used for Image the brew. Gwynt Y Ddraig do not use cultured yeast or artificial sweetener, although extra fruit sugar might be added if the harvested apples lack sweetness due to poor weather.
