The pub, and adjoining shop (with the green frontage) appear to have been constructed as one in the early 19th century, and were certainly collectively Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1271286 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101271286-number-14-the-bulls-head-public-house-and-number-15-shrewsbury in 1995.
