4356 SERJEANT M. MAC DONALD ROYAL SCOTS 9TH FEBRUARY 1916 AGE 54 UNTIL THE DAY DAWNS & THE SHADOWS FLEE AWAY Serjeant MacDonald completed 25 years service. He served in the Egyptian Campaign (1884) and South African War with the 2nd Battalion Scots Guards and 3rd Battalion Royal Scots.
