Carved stone post by the UC road, in parish of ASHDON (UTTLESFORD District), roadside, in pavement against wall, on West side of road. Erected by an unknown authority in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : BARTLOW / STATION / 2 MILES : Milestone Society National ID: EX_ASH01.
