Cast iron post by the B4669, Former Ivy House Farm in parish of HINCKLEY (HINCKLEY AND BOSWORTH District), Leicester Road, on the pavement. Illston iron casting, erected by the Leicester & Hinckley turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- : TO / LEICESTER / 10 / MILES : : {Royal Arms of Queen Victoria} : : TO / HINCKLEY / 4 / MILES : Maker:- JOSEPH / ILLSTON / VICTORIA FOUNDRY / LEICESTER Grade II Listed.
