C/MX 56549 H.M.S. “PRIMULA” 22ND AUGUST 1940 AGE 20 IN LOVING MEMORY OF OUR SON NEVER MORE TO SAIL AWAY IN THIS GREEN, QUIET HAVEN SLEEP BELOVED SLEEP H.M.S. Primula was one of 24 Flower Class corvettes converted into minesweepers during WW II.
