Early 20th Century hotel/pub on Steyne Road. Originally named The Birdham Hotel, with the junction on which it stood being known as Birdham Corner, it was later named the Windmill Hotel for many years until closure in 2012. After a failed scheme to redevelop the site it reopened in 2014 as The Spinnaker, before reverting to The Birdham in 2021 after coming under new ownership.
