This is on the wall of 17 Greengate St Stafford, about eight feet above the pavement. I have listed it as a plaque, because I cannot come up with an alternative title, nor can the shop owner who runs the shoe repair shop immediately below it - I am open to alternative titles, or a reason for it's placement.
