At the end of the long walk from the dressing room. Warm ups are permitted on the other parts of the Muirhouse playing fields. The groundsman was saying that earlier in the day the pitch was white with frost and you could not see the lines. A few games elsewhere were called off today, either frozen or waterlogged.
