Right by the docks. Formerly the Strand Hotel, later the Rubber Duck. Possibly since revamped as the Rubber Duck Hotel. Down Arctic Road are a couple of storage tanks of Oil Salvage Limited, "the largest waste oil facility in the UK boasting 25,000 tonnes of storage" according to its website.
