Vosa is the Government's Vehicle and Operators Service Agency. In September 2007 at Dalar Hir, Vosa, North Wales Police (Traffic and Special Branch) and members of the Policja Panstwowa (Polish National Police), launched a new phase of the highly successful nation-wide programme Operation Mermaid.
