This building stands on the corner of Albion Street and Union Street and the gable bears the initials KHSB. Pevsner says "..former SCHOOL BOARD OFFICES, 1896-8 by John Bilson, brick with Baroque stone details.". Now functioning as a Chinese supermarket.
