Viewed from Union Street, this shows the vehicular access to 12/14 Roxburgh Street, a psychology unit owned by NHS Borders. It was formerly the Robert Herbert & Sons engineering workshop, and the buildings together with the boundary walls and gate, are category C(S) listed (a building of local importance) by Historic Scotland.
