One of over 60 fibreglass cows created as part of a charity initiative CowParade Surrey which took place in 2016. This one, painted by artist Peter Sampson and named Convalescing Cow, is situated outside The Clavadel, a post operative rehabilitation and convalescent care home in Epsom Road. Originally funded by the owners of the home, they then repurchased it when the cows were auctioned off at the end of summer 2016, with the proceeds going to support the work of Arthritis Research UK.
