The Guide Stone is located on field wall by a footpath on the North of the road. Parish of Waberthwaite (Copeland District). Carved stone post, erected in the 19th Century. Inscription reads:- TO BROUGHTON / TO WHITEHAVEN / BY RAVENGLASS : : TO BROGHTON / TO WHITEHAVEN / BY MUNCASTER Grade II listed.
