Carved stone post by the B3089, in parish of East Knoyle (Salisbury District), Mere Road; 100m North East of Kemp's Barn, by the road, on North side of road. Hindon stone, erected by the Fisherton, Wilton, Heytesbury, Willoughby Hedge & Redhone turnpike trust in the 19th century. Inscription reads:- SARUM 17 HINDON 1 Grade II listed.
