Taken from the west slope of Itford Hill. The new footbridge over the A26 is to the left with the farm buildings in the centre of the picture. To the right of the lake and obscured by trees is Southease station whilst across the far side of the valley are the villages of Southease and Rodmell to the left and right respectively.
