The Public Library on Westow Hill displays a datestone for 1899 above two reliefs. Stickers on the windows announce Upper Norwood Library Hub. Hubs are ubiquitous, especially in the public and charity domains: nowhere is anywhere unless it's a hub. Photo number 7606833.
