The Woodbrooke Centre has been a Quaker training, learning and conference centre for around 120 years and has given its name to the Quaker Woodbrooke organisation. See Image for more history. Unfortunately it will permanently close in October 2023. The Woodbrooke Centre has a large garden with a lake and accommodation blocks. The walled garden is used mainly to grow fruit and vegetables.
