On a warm Saturday lunchtime in September this place should be buzzing with young waiters carrying out plates of delicious-looking food to customers filling every table in the garden. Yet despite its idyllic location it has succumbed to the fate of so many other pubs - now firmly closed and gradually becoming derelict. It even used to have a microbrewery on site.
