Taken from the 4th Floor (Top Floor) of the Multi-Storey Car Park in Stevenage Town Centre at 07:40am. This photo shows the Stevenage Skyline starting to change with cranes in the background constructing a 20 storey block of flats which is due to be completed sometime between 2024 and 2025. This is expected to be the Stevenage Skyline for the next 20 years as of the ongoing Regeneration Scheme by Stevenage Borough Council which involves a lot of construction and development.
