Entering the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield

This is at the southern end of Boldmere Road which is still quite a long way from the centre of Sutton Coldfield. Administratively, Sutton Coldfield is a civil parish within the City of Birmingham. It gained its Royal designation through the influence of former resident Bishop Vesey on King Henry VIII.
