A rare 17th century 'mud and stud' cottage (a construction technique similar to 'wattle and daub' where a wooden frame is bound together with thinner laths of wood, and then plastered with a mixture of mud, hair, animal dung and straw) which was Grade II listed https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1062980 & https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101062980-sarra-cottage-mablethorpe-and-sutton in 1980.
