Metal plate attached to stone post by the A6052, in parish of SADDLEWORTH (OLDHAM District), Delph Road, North of Delph and house (ex PH) on opposite side of road, near 'Footpath' sign, on East side of road. Broken Brayshaw & Booth iron casting, erected by the County Council in the 19th century. An earlier photograph can be found here https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6083954.
