Plaque on Earsham House to Edward Smith

Earsham House is Grade II listed, an 18th century edifice built of red brick. Two upper floors including the attic rooms which have dormer windows. Frederick Smith (1833 - 1903) lived in the house. During his lifetime he is noted for enlarging the Catholic St. Edmund's Church and school, and as Town Reeve built the St. Edmund's Almshouses. https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/7352660 A second plaque on the opposite side of the door relates to Ethel Mann who also lived in Earsham House.
