A rather depressing 1970's building with a flat roof. The name of the school seems odd as one would expect a 'Small Isles' school to serve Rum, Eigg, Canna & Muck. However, Jura has its own 'Small Isles' just offshore. This is the only school on Jura, so when children reach the age of 11 they must travel to the secondary school at Bowmore on Islay.
