The new bridge which allows local access to the village of Zelah and Tolgroggan Farm, was installed in February 2023. The old Tolgroggan access bridge that spanned the A30 the A30 near Zelah for 32 years had to be replaced to make way for the new dual carriageway and the existing road that connects the Chiverton and Carland roundabouts.
