Houses face the railway that built them: the A-Z labels the area Chester Road, the area centred on the station of that name – except that it doesn't extend to Wylde Green: that's the other side of the tracks. Some residents claim a Sutton Coldfield address because this was the southern outpost of the Royal Borough, evident on iron goods: Image Enthusiasts settle for Little Boldmere in reference to the thriving local centre to the north, a gateway to Sutton Park.
