Hotel/pub on High Street. According to the blue plaque by the entrance: "There has been an inn on the site since the 1600's and it was first called the Angel in 1756. The town's major coaching inn, it was a centre for many activities - a meeting place for the Court Leet, the church wardens and even the stables for the fire brigade horse in the 1800's."
