An Anglican church, built in 1897 in Decorated Gothic style with a prominent tower and spire added c.1903. Discussions about the congregation moving out of the church started in 1972 when there was the possibility (which did not come to fruition) of a new ecumenical place of worship on the new Jennyfields estate off Skipton Road. It was formally closed in 1980, and converted into apartments in 1983. The building is grade II listed (list entry 1149446) principally for the spire's visual prominence in the area.
