On the face of it, a rather unremarkable (if large) school building. It was built in 1908/1909, and opened a year later as the town's Infant School. Both externally and internally it retains a number of unusual features, and as a result it was Category C listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/200393840-parkhill-primary-school-parkhill-leven-leven in 1999. The listing includes the low wall and railings at the front of the playground.
