Two Grade II Listed properties. Castlegate Deli Ltd. was incorporated in June 2021. The previous occupant 'The Last Unicorn' was licensed from February 2017 to August 2018. Google shows it empty in 2016, Westlakes Recruit in July 2015 and Cumbria Physiotherapy in April 2009. Change of use from off-licence/grocer shop to physiotherapy practice was granted in 1992. The door seems to be moved from the passage way to the new shopfront in 2012, presumably when Westlakes Recruit moved in. No.3 appears to be a flower shop prior to 1991 when it changed to a 'catering facility'. It looks to have been a private dwelling since before 2009 but I can't find a change of use. The windows also differ from the listing but again I find no planning application.
