Moelfre does not have an Anglican church, the parish church being at Llanallgo Image However, the parish hall is located in the village and a Holy Communion service is held there every Wednesday morning. The hall is located near to the HM Coastguard Station in Ffordd Cocsyn Richard Evans Road.
