In the Cambridge University Botanic Garden. A member of the Birch family with leaves like the Hornbeam [which is in a different family - Beech]. The male flowers are in catkins [now over and seen as brown remnants right of centre] and the female are in hop-like 'cones'. https://www.botanic.cam.ac.uk/the-garden/plant-list/ostrya-carpinifolia/
