Just west of Park Road, parallel railway bridges carry the Metropolitan Line out of Baker Street and the former Great Central line out of Marylebone. Here a Metropolitan Line train heads towards Baker Street as a stream of people, many of them heading for Friday prayers at the Central London Mosque, walk along the canal towpath beneath.
