The end of the building faces onto Forth Street, the front faces onto East Shore. Now a residential property, this Category C listed https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB40998 building has in the past been a relief meeting house, and in the 1960s it was home to Wm Duncan, Cabinetmaker & French polisher - joiner & glazier https://canmore.org.uk/site/100681/st-monance-4-forth-street. It has gained additional windows since then.
