On the B6090 just east of the A633 this WestRiding CC milestone dating from 1893/94 is another which disappears into tall vegetation in the summer. Rotherham Council refurbished all the milestones in the borough about 20 years ago but most, including this one which is in an exposed position, do need repainting. It is Grade II listed 1132781.
