This road is Henderson Place next to some very nice houses (to the right) and a Water Tower & Radio mast (to the left & behind) looking north towards the entrance to Woodcock Lodge on the left (about where the road seems to disappear in the trees). This also the bridleway between Epping Green and Little Berkhamsted. The tarmac road turns into a potholed muddy track just past Woodcock Lodge.
